 Orders which are made before 12 noon, will normally be delivered by TNT post within 24 hours. If one of the products is not in stock we will always contact you. If you want your order to be delivered on a particular day, because of work for example, you can always tell us this on your order form. Your order will then be send the day before the asked delivery day. Of course there is also the possibility to collect your order at our institute. Orders bigger than 65 Euros will be delivered free of charge to The Netherlands, Belgium, France, The United Kingdom, and Germany. |

Delivery conditions On all special offers, agreements, and the deliveries counts the sales and delivery conditions. • Orders from 65 Euros will, if paid in full, be delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
• Under 65 Euros we will add 5 Euros administration and sending costs to your invoice.
• Delivery in other countries in Europe we charge euro 5,-- delivery costs.
• For all other countries counts: Depending on the ordered products and the country of delivery we will add delivery costs. We will notify you off the full amount by mail.
• All above prices are inclusive 19% tax. By delivery outside EG no tax will be added.
• If you agree payment will have to be made through bank or on delivery. Deliveries abroad will only be send if paid in full in advance. If for any reason the mentioned price isn’t right, we, but also you will have a right to cancel the order. If you don’t agree then the sale will be cancelled.
• As soon as the whole amount is received by our bank account the products will be send to you. All deliveries will be through TNT post.
• All orders made before 12 noon, will normally be delivered within 24 hours.
• Adverts on through us delivered products will have to be mentioned to us within 48 hours. Because of hygiene regulations we will not accept returned products if opened.
• We cannot be kept responsible for price changes, typing and printing errors
• You can cancel your order up to 14 days after we received it. Once cancelled you can return the products to us in the original unopened packaging within 14 days. |
